- Planning & Zoning Commission Special Meeting Agenda Public Notice is hereby given that Lake Point Planning Commission will hold a public meeting. Commission members may participate electronically in accordance with the City's electronic meeting policy. Date: Monday January 5th, 2026 Place: Lake Point Fire Station 1528 Sunset Rd Lake Point, UT 84074 Time: 7:00PM 1) Opening Formalities a) Call to Order b) Prayer c) Pledge of Allegiance d) Presiding Officer e) Attendance Roll Call 2) Staff Report- Chaelea Allred & Jamie Olson (Cell Towers & Welcome New Commission Members, Commission conflict of interest and Ethics Forms) 3) Public Comment- This is the time for any person to address the Commission on any topic. Public Hearing agenda items will have a separate comment period during the agenda item identified as a public hearing. Any written comments may be provided to the Commission Secretary before or during the public comment time frame. 4) Approval of Minutes - 12.1.25 & 12.15.25 5) Discussion Items (No Vote) a) Multi Use 6) Action/Business Items (Action/Voting) a) Resolution to adopt 2026 Meeting Schedule 7) Commission Updates a) Lori Chigbrow i) other b) Bryan Coulter i) other c) Marylinn Sharp i) other d) Lily Erickson i) other e) Gino Garcia i) other 8) Public Comment 9) Closed Session- Potential closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the sale or purchase of real property, and/or other matters as permitted by Utah Code ยงยง 52-4-204 through 205 (if needed, motion and majority vote required to proceed). 10) Adjournment In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Lake Point City will make reasonable accommodations for individuals needing assistance to participate in the meeting.
