- Wednesday, October 12, 2022 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. September 28, 2022 2. Site Plan A. EL TENEDOR LOGISTICS CENTER - PHASE 1. The proposal involves industrial development of two lots located at 1401 North 300 West. B. COLEMAN INDUSTRIAL 2. The proposal involves an industrial development located at approximately 539 West 1000 North. 3. Zone Change A. LUDLOW DESIGN ENHANCEMENT. The proposal would amend the Development Enhancement Overlay approval for a 0.32-acre property located at 103 East 100 South. 4. General Plan Amendment A. TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN 22.05. The proposal involves a revision to the Transportation Master Plan. 5. Discussion A. BELTRAN HANGAR. 6. Adjourn
