- HUNTSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING and CLOSED MEETING Wednesday January 7, 2026, Huntsville Town Hall, 7474 E. 200 S. 4:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at the Huntsville Town Hall 7474 E. 200 S. This is a public meeting, and the public is welcome to attend. REGULAR SESSION Welcome - Mayor Richard Sorensen Pledge of Allegiance - by invitation Opening Ceremony - Mayor Richard Sorensen SWEARING IN CEREMONY: Richard Sorensen- Mayor Sandy Hunter - Town Councilmember Jim Truett -- Town Councilmember Public Comments: Residents will be allotted three (3) minutes. Sheriff Report ACTION ITEMS: Discussion and/or action on approval of Minutes for Town Council Meeting December 4, 2025. Discussion and/or action on approval of Resolution 2026-1-7-A Adoption of Facilities MOU with OVC. Discussion and/or action on approval of Resolution 2026-1-7-B Parameters Resolution. Consideration for adoption of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of not more than $ 1,900,000 aggregate principal amount of Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2026; and related matters. Discussion and/or action on approval of Ordinance 2025-12-04 Wildland Urban Interface Code. Discussion and/or action on Town Councilmember assignments.
