City Councilmember's Report Presented by Justin Brady 4. Jensen Family Landscape Report 5. Maintenance Coordinator's Report on Past and Present Actions Presented by Katrina Call 6. Vice Treasurer's Report Presented by Jed Winder a. Approval of Invoices and Reimbursements 7. Independent CPA Presented by Travis Brady a. Status of Budget/Expenses for Fiscal Year 2026 8. Chair's Report Presented by Chair Jeff Hammer 9. Approval of minutes from meeting held on September 25, 2025 10. Next meeting will be held on November 20, 2025 11.
