Disclosures: ADMINISTRATIVE 1. Appoint Planning Commission Chair and Vice Chair for the 2026 calendar year. PUBLIC HEARING: LAND USE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT 2. Land Use Ordinance Amendment - Amend Title 17 to add an ordinance for Tiny Homes. 3. Land Use Ordinance Amendment - Amendment to Title 17, code clean up.
