- Wednesday, August 3, 2022 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. July 20, 2022 2. Final Plat A. SUNSET VILLAGE. The proposal involves creating 24 residential units for a development located at 900 North 200 West. 3. Annexation. A. OBERG ANNEXATION. The proposal requests that 70.75 acres located at approximately 1400 North 900 West be annexed into the City. 4. Adjourn
