- CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA Fillmore City Council Chambers - 75 West Center, Fillmore, Utah Monday December 22, 2025 5:00 p.m. Call to Order 5:00 p.m. Business Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 25-12 changing the city council meeting schedule (Section 1-6-4(A)(1) of the Fillmore City Code) of when to hold city council meetings from every first and third Tuesday of the month to every second and fourth Tuesday of the month.
