- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Bolos B. Pledge of Allegiance - C. Invocation/Moment of Silence - Commissioner Bolos D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $12,259.00. 2. Request for approval of warrants #105449-105488 and #491736-491815 in the amount of $1,155,190.60. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of new business licenses. 5. Request for approval of a first amendment to the lease agreement by and between Weber County and Debra Lyn Darrington. 6. Request for approval of a first amendment to the lease agreement by and between Weber County and Mallory Wilson and Nicholas Wilson. 7. Request for approval of an extension to a contract between Weber County and the State of Utah, Division of Outdoor Recreation for Wayfinding Signage in the Ogden Valley. G. Action- 1. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County Appointing two members to the Western Weber County Planning Commission. Presenter: Rick Grover 2. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing three members to the Weber County Board of Adjustment. Presenter: Rick Grover H.
