- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m. Zoom Meeting https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82061032840?pwd=cmeFqoFFv9E6PpduWA6PwWPyBp7F7a.1 Meeting ID: 820 6103 2840 Passcode: 419392 The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Bolos B. Pledge of Allegiance - C. Invocation/Moment of Silence - D. Commissioner Comments- (Stall of Fame) E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Recognition- Recognition of Weber County Emergency Management Employee, Valerie Lopez, for being an outstanding employee. Presenter: Lisa Schwartz G. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $366,072.99. 2. Request for approval of warrants #105328-105386 and #491502- 491600 in the amount of $3,262,085.15. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of ACH payment to Zions Bank in the amount of $250,800.53. 5. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on June 17, 2025. 6. Request for approval of new business licenses. 7. Request for approval of a Memorandum of Understanding by and between Weber County and the Trails Foundation of Northern Utah for a donation of impact fees in the amount of $100,000 to TFNU for construction of the 27th Street Trailhead. 8. Request for approval of a Non-Disclosure agreement by and between Weber County and Rise Baking Company, LLC. 9. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Weber Human Services for use of opioid litigation settlement funds. 10. Request for approval of a Memorandum of Understanding by and between Weber County and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement for limited ICE authority. 11. Request for approval of an amendment of a contract by and between Weber County and Securus Technologies, LLC to add the Text Connect Application which allows two-way electronic communication between friends/family and the incarcerated individual. H. Action- 1. Resolution recognizing and supporting a community partnership between Weber County and America250 Utah. Presenter: Sara Toliver 2. Request for approval of a proposal from Kleinfelder for regulatory support services involving a request for discontinuation of post-closure care at the Weber County Landfill. Request for approval of a final reading of an ordinance of Weber County Utah, imposing a transient room tax not to exceed 4.5% on short-term rentals of accommodations and services as authorized by Utah Code ยง 59-12-301(1)(a)(ii).
