- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Bolos B. Pledge of Allegiance - C. Invocation/Moment of Silence - Tammy Aydelotte D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $628,281.67. 2. Request for approval of warrants #106042-106093 and #493173-493268 in the amount of $2,239,434.05. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of new business licenses. 5. Request from the Weber-Morgan Health Department for approval to surplus computers and printer/copiers. 6. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on September 23, 2025. 7. Request for approval of the new Weber County Sheriff's Office sworn pay grades. 8. Request for approval of the new Weber County General Employee pay grades. 9. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Carol Mortensen for representation of indigent persons in the Second District Juvenile Court. 10. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and GVH Distribution Northwest, Inc. for installation of a security fence. 11. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Whiskey Throttle School District, LLC to hold the Whiskey Throttle Race Nights event at the Golden Spike Event Center. 12. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Select Health for the 2026 Select Health Contract. 13. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Intermountain Health for the 2026 Employee Assistance Program (EAP). G. Action- 1. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Hogan & Associates Construction, Inc. for assistance as needed during construction at Ice Sheet. Presenter: Todd Ferrario H. Public Hearings 1. Request for a motion to adjourn the public meeting and convene public hearings. 2. Public hearing regarding annexation of unincorporated islands into Plain City. Presenter: Sean Wilkinson 3. Public hearing to consider a request regarding a development agreement to preserve development rights, and allow for phased/an exemption of installation of certain infrastructure for a future three-lot subdivision, located at 6210 E. 2300 N. Eden, UT 84310 in the AV-3 Zone. Presenter: Tammy Aydelotte 4. Public hearing to consider a modification to the Nordic Valley Street Regulating Plan exhibit in the development agreement only. These changes include street cross sections and, if approved, would only apply to the Nordic development. Presenter: Tammy Aydelotte 5. Request for a motion to adjourn public hearings and reconvene public meeting. 6. Action on public hearings- H2- Request for approval of a resolution recommending the annexation of certain parcels within an unincorporated island into Plain City. H3- Request for approval of a development agreement to preserve development rights, and allow for phased/an exemption of installation of certain infrastructure for a future three-lot subdivision, located at 6210 E. 2300 N. Eden, UT 84310 in the AV-3 Zone. H4- Request for approval of a modification to the Nordic Valley Street Regulating Plan exhibit in the development agreement only. I.
