- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday December 15, 2025 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the December 1, 2025 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Council vacancy applicant's interviews and vote to appoint new member. 3. 5:30 Swearing in of new appointed council member 4. 5:35 Minersville High School banner purchase. 5. 5:45 Other business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
