- Wednesday, March 16, 2022 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Annexation A. 3400 EAST ANNEXATION. This proposal involves annexing some 25 acres located at approximately 3400 East 700 South. 2. Zone Change and Preliminary Plat A. MODERA. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R to R-4 and Commercial-2 along with a Master Planned Development located in the vicinity of 2000 West 1900 South. 3. Concept Review A. WILLOWBROOK. 4. Construction Standards A. CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS 22-02. Proposed amendments to Policy 4.39 of the Construction Standards. 5. Other Business A. 900 SOUTH SUBDIVISION. B. TRAILS ON MAIN. 6. Adjourn
