- 2025 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Schedule To the public and residents of Ephraim City: Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold regular meetings at Ephraim City Hall, 5 South Main St, Ephraim, UT 84627, on the SECOND WEDNESDAY and FOURTH WEDNESDAY of each month as shown below. Meetings normally begin at 6:00 p.m. Scheduled meeting dates are as follows: January 8 & 22 February 12 & 26 March 12 & 26 April 9 & 23 May 14 & 28 June 11 & 25 July 9 & 23* August 13 & 27 September 10 & 24 October 8 & 22 November 12 & 26* December 10 & 24* Days marked with an '*' are likely to be cancelled due to proximity to Federal or State Holidays. Ephraim City reserves the right to amend the start time, change meeting dates, or cancel meetings according to State of Utah Public Notice guidelines.
