- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RAP ADVISORY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington County Recreation, Arts, and Parks (RAP) Disbursement Advisory Board, in St. George, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the 3rd Floor Training Room 312, 111 EAST TABERNACLE, ST. GEORGE, UTAH, commencing at 11:00 A.M. on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2025 1. Welcome 2. Approval of Minutes: November 18, 2025 3. Funding Recommendation Review 4.
