- See attached Ordinance 2025-12-26A (Corrected to be numbered/titled 2025-12-16A) Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 2025-12-16A was adopted by unanimous vote of the Emery County Commission during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Emery County Commissioners held at 3:00pm on December 16, 2025. A copy of the Ordinance is attached to this posting as a public information handout as well as is available during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) in the Emery County Clerk/Auditor's Office.
