- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments will hold a regular meeting commencing at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026 in the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Room #105 (Breakout Room), Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Porter B. Pledge of Allegiance - Commissioner Bolos C. Invocation - Chair Porter D. Public Comments- (3 minutes each) E. Consent Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on November 3, 2025. F. Non-Action Items 1. HAFB Update 2. Transfer Station Presentation Presenter: Mayor Allen, Sean Wilkinson, John Watson 3. Boundary Commission Presenter: Lauren Thomas, Weber County Civil Attorney G. Action 1. Discussion and/or action on WFRC Committee appointments. Presenter: Andrew Gruber, Executive Director, WFRC 2. Discussion and/or action on the UTA Local Advisory Council appointment. Presenter: Chair Porter 3. Annual Elections for 2026 WACOG Committee assignments. Presenter: Chair Porter 4. Discussion and/or action on the Winter Response Task Force appointments. Presenter: Commissioner Bolos H.
