Snowbasin Road Huntsville, Utah 84317 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda. I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Acknowledge resignation of Jim Hill from the Board. C. Acknowledge appointment of Davy Ratchford. Administer Oath of Office to Davy Ratchford. D. Consider election of officers. Chair: Vice-Chair: Treasurer: Clerk: E. Review and consider approval of December 2, 2024 Minutes (enclosure). F. Adopt 2026 Annual Meeting Schedule (enclosure). II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Review and consider approval of claims (enclosure). B. Consider approval of tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2026 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same (enclosure). III. LEGAL MATTERS A. Review Statement of Interest in a Business Regulated by the District. B. Discuss new board member training requirements www.training.auditor.utah.gov. IV. MANAGER MATTERS V. OTHER BUSINESS A. Confirm quorum for December 1, 2025 Board meeting at 6:00 p.m. VI. ADJOURNMENT [This notice to be posted at the District office and published on the Utah Public Notice Website at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.]
