- HINCKLEY DESERET CEMETERY DISTRICT NOTICE IS HERE-BY GIVEN THAT THE HINCKLEY DESERET CEMETERY DISTRICT WILL BE HOLDING A PUBLIC HEARING ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2025, IN THE HINCKLEY LIONS CLUB BUILDING AT 240 WEST CENTER STREET HINCKLEY, UTAH IT SHALL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 7:00 PM IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE HEARING A PUBLIC MEETING WILL BE HELD THE AGENDA MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: 1. Motion to Open Public Hearing for 2026 Budget Adoption a. Roll call b. Pledge of allegiance c. Virtual link is not available for this Public Hearing 2. Discussion and adoption of the Hinckley Deseret Cemetery Maintenance District's 2026 budget. 3. Motion to adjourn Public Hearing for 2026 Budget Adoption 1. Motion to Open Public Meeting 2. Review and approval of meeting minutes held October 1, 2025 3. Review and approval of Public Hearing minutes held November, 10, 2025. 4. Petitions, remonstrances and communications 5. Outstanding Business 6. Motion to Adjourn
