- Lake Point City Council Special Meeting Agenda Public Notice is hereby given that Lake Point City Council will hold a public meeting; Date: Wednesday, Jan 5, 2026 Place: Lake Point Fire Station 1528 Sunset Rd Lake Point, UT 84074 Time: 6:00 PM 1. Opening Formalities A. Call to Order- B. Prayer- C. Pledge of Allegiance- D. Presiding Officer- E. Attendance Roll Call- 2. Staff Report- 3. Public Comment- This is the time for any person to address the Council on any topic not on the agenda for Public Hearing. Public Hearing agenda items will have a separate comment period during the public hearing agenda item. Any written comments may be provided to the City Recorder before or during the public comment time frame. 4. Action/Business Items A. Swearing in the newly elected City Council Members B. Resolution appointing Commission Members C. Swearing in new Commission Members 5. Public Comment 6. Adjournment In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Lake Point City will make reasonable accommodations for individuals needing assistance to participate in the meeting.
