State, the Fountain Green City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to review the individual chapter sections for adoption by the City Council and Mayor: Land Use Ordinance Chapter 2 - Definitions (delete Board of Adjustment) Chapter 3 - Administration & Enforcement (update) Chapter 7 - Zone Districts & Standards (corrections) Chapter 7.3-3 - Business/Commercial (BC) Zone Districts & Standards #3 - SR 132 access Chapter 10 - Procedures for Approval & Development Standards for a Subdivision section 10-1-113 Simple Lot Subdivision Exemption section 10-1-114 Simple Lot Subdivision Review & Approval Process section 10-1-118 Lots The public is encouraged to attend this public hearing. Public comments are encouraged, but may be restricted if the Planning Commission Chairperson deems it necessary to accomplish the Commission's scheduled tasks. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during the meeting should notify the Fountain Green City Recorder at 445-3453, 24 hours prior to the meeting.
