Welcome and Determination of a Quorum 2. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes August 19, 2025 3. Financial Update 4. Action Item: Review and Reconsider the Hurricane City Request of funding that was recommended from the COG during the August 19, 2025 COG meeting to pay closing costs and property acquisition costs for the 1400 West Street and 2300 South Corridor. The total request is $151,000 5. Action Item: St. George City Requests to de-obligate all remaining funding for the 3000 East Corridor from 1580 South Street to Seegmiller Dr 6. Action Item: Washington City request funding for the George Washington Boulevard Corridor to complete a road dedication plat and acquire No-access agreements with land owners to the ramps of the Southern Parkway.
