Review and approval to adopt the Tentative FY26 Budget as Final FY26 Budget. c. Review and approval of meeting minutes for November 13, 2025. d. Review and approval of operating expenses. e. Review and approval of meeting schedule for 2026. f. Review and approval of Memorandum of Understanding between Zion Mountain Local Service District and the Kaibab Band of Paiute Indians and the Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah. 6. Administrative Non-Action Items a. None 7. Adjourn

- PUBLIC NOTICE Public Hearing for Adoption of the 2026 Budget and 2025 Amended Budget The Zion Mountain Local Special District will meet in a Public Hearing during their regularly scheduled Board meeting on December 11, 2025, at 5:00 P.M., to take public comment on adopting the District's Tentative Budget as the Final Budget for Calendar Year 2026 and the Amended Budget as the Final Amended Budget for 2025.
