- Public Notice The Oakley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and take possible action: Thursday, January 8, at 6:00 p.m. Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street Also available at: ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment and take possible action regarding: Utah Wildland-Urban Interface ordinance. Proposed ordinance is in compliance with Utah House Bill 48 that requires municipalities to determine areas that interface with wildland and designate areas that are high risk for wildland fire. Planning Commission action would not be an approval/denial of ordinance but a recommendation to City Council.
