- PHONE: (435) 734-6604 - 20 NORTH MAIN - BRIGHAM CITY, UTAH 84302 PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on a Rezone Application to change the zoning district on properties located south of SR-13 at approximately 900 West and 975 North, Brigham City, Utah, from A-5 (Agricultural District) to M-D (Manufacturing-Distribution District) on approximately 15.1 acres. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, located at 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604. Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
