- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING November 20th, 2025 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY ECONOMIC OFFICERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Economic Officers of Beaver County, Utah will hold a regular Meeting on November 20th, at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver City Office MEETING TIME: 8:00 AM 8:05 AM Open Meeting: Matt Sterzer Call to order New Business 8:08: Tribute to Jen Marshall 8:10: Reorganization of the CEO Board 8:15: Reimagining Economic Development Board Meetings 8:40: Rural County Grant Received 8:42: Rural Communities Opportunity Grant Submitted 8:45: CEO Board Business Grants Proposal 8:55: Creation of Chairman Position 9:00: Adjourn Meeting (To be discussed when/as time permits) Old Business Closed session for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; discuss the strategy for pending or reasonably imminent litigation, real property negotiation.
