Welcome: Planning Commission Chairman Minutes: Approval of the October 15, 2025 Planning Commission Minutes. Disclosures: PUBLIC HEARING: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 1. Brian & Kelly Dugan - Requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Flag Lot on property located at 3416 E. 5300 S., Vernal UT, Serial Number 06:061:0162. 2. Wexpro Company - Requesting a Conditional Use Permit for an Outdoor Storage on property located at 25715 S Seep Ridge Rd., Ouray, UT, Serial Number 09:012:0011. PUBLIC HEARING: GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT 3. General Plan Amendment- Adding a Water Use and Preservation Element to the Uintah County General Plan. 4.
