- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE VERNON TOWN COUCIL will hold its regular scheduled meeting on Thursday April 6, 2023 at Vernon Elementary School 70 North Main Street Vernon, UT 84080 TOWN COUNCIL AGENDA DATE: April 13th 2023 7:00PM 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval Of Minutes from March 2,2023 3. Public comments 4. Sheriff Report 5. Open Budget Discussion For 2023-2024 FY 6. Consideration Temporary Lodging Tax- Stephanie Loder 7. Consideration Business Licenses Expiration Dates and Late Fees. 8. Consideration Allowing The Grant Writer to be the Point of contact for the Recording Deration of the Grant They Are Awarded and Their Pay. 9. Consideration Adopting and Signing Ordinance Number 2023-06 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A GENERAL PLAN FOR VERNON TOWN, INCLUDING ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL MAP THAT REFLECTS THE GENERALPLAN IN VERNON TOWN. 10. Discussion of Planning and Zoning Commission duties pursuant to the most recent grant. 11. Discussion of Putting out Bids for the Fire Department Remodel. 12.
