- NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 25-12 South Ogden City hereby gives notice that on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, the South Ogden City Council passed Ordinance 25-12. This ordinance added Chapter 11 to Title 9 of the South Ogden City Code having to do with Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) Building Codes. This ordinance will be applicable to all residents of South Ogden City whose property is within the adopted WUI Map. A copy of this notice or the ordinance can be viewed or obtained by visiting the Office of the City Recorder, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden City, UT, 84403 or by calling 801-622-2709 to request a copy.
