- The board will vote to approve the November 6, 2025 minutes and the allocation of donated funds for calendar year 2026. The meeting will include discussion of the DFCM RFP and the strategic plan related to property, a review of current board members' terms and status, a sustainability fund update, a maintenance and projects report, and discussion of the farm property. Public comment will be held at the close of the meeting.
