- AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stansbury Park Improvement District will hold its Board Meeting on Nov. 18, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Stansbury Park Office, 30 Plaza. One of the three Board Members may participate in and join the Board Meeting electronically. The agenda will be as follows: 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. CONSIDER AND APPROVE THE 2025 CERTIFIED ELECTION RESULTS A. BOARD MOTION TO APPROVE TREASURER, JODY COFFIN, TO PARTICIPATE & SIGN CANVASS ON BEHALF OF TRUSTEE, JAKE CLEGG, ATTENDING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS 3. CRAIG SMITH ANNEXATION REQUEST AND APPROVAL FOR ONE WATER AND TWO SEWER STUBS, ONE SEWER CONNECTION FOR AN EXISTING RESIDENCE, AND A WATER AND SEWER CONNECTION FOR A POSSIBLE FUTURE AUXILIARY DWELLING UNIT 4. UPDATE ON WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND RELATED FACILITIES 5. REVIEW 2026 TENTATIVE BUDGET 6. PUBLIC COMMENT 7. APPROVE THE 2026 TENTATIVE BUDGET 8. APPROVE MEETING MINUTES OF OCT. 21, 2025 9. MANAGER OPERATION REPORT 10. APPROVE FINANCIALS & WARRANTS 11. PETITIONS, COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLIC COMMENT 12. ADJOURN
