Welcome and Introduction. 2. Public Comment. Brief items not listed on agenda; time limit of three (3) minutes. If more time is needed, please contact board chair to be added to a future agenda. 3. Approval of Minutes from the November 10, 2025 meeting 4. Discussion and Approval of Resolution 2025-12-8-A which is an Amendment to Resolution 2024-10-04-A : A Resolution Changing the Name of the Nordic Valley Sewer Improvement District, Setting an Effective Date for the Change and Authorizing and the Directing the Chair of the Board of Trustees to Implement the Name Change 5. Discussion and Approval of a Resolution (Resolution 2025-12-8-B) to Annex the Nordic Village Ventures property into the District 6. Discussion and Approval of a Resolution (Resolution 2025-12-08-C) to Annex the Harmony Ranch property into the District 7. Information and Reports a. Chair, Mr. Behunin b. Clerk, Mr. Jouffray c.
