- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the County Council of Cache County, Utah will hold a SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING for at 5:00 p.m. in the Cache County Historic Courthouse Council Chambers, 199 North Main Street, Logan, Utah 84321, on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 pursuant to Cache County Code § 2.12.210 and Council meetings are live streamed on the Cache County YouTube channel at: https://www.youtube.com/@cachecounty1996 ________________________________________ CACHE COUNTY COUNCIL AGENDA SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING - 5:00 p.m. 1. Call To Order 2. Opening - Council Member Keegan Garrity 3. Review and Approval of Meeting Minutes a. December 2, 2025 Meeting Minutes b. December 9, 2025 Meeting Minutes 4. Reconsideration of the of Line-Item Vetoes by the Cache County Executive of Budgetary Appropriations as per Cache County Code § 2.12.100.B a. Cache County Council Resolution 2025-43 - A Resolution Adopting a County Budget for the Calendar Year 2026 i. From the Appropriations Approved to the Cache County Attorney Budget: 1) Line-Item Veto Reduction of $178,024.00 from Appropriations Line 100-4145-110 2) Line-Item Veto Reduction of $71,198.00 from Appropriations Line 100-4145-130 5.
