THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, AND COMMUNICATION VI. REPORT OF GOVERNMENT BODY - BOARDS - COMMITTEES: Brian Florang, Chris Mork, Skip Taylor, Alan Miller, Crista Kaman VII. STAFF REPORTING VIII. PUBLIC HEARING 1. To receive public comments and to answer questions about the proposed Sewer Impact Fee Facilities Plan and a proposed Impact Fee Ordinance. IX. NEW BUSINESS 1. To consider approval and adoption of Ordinance 2025-12-18, An ordinance adopting a Hinckley Town Sewer Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA). 2.
