- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC MEETING of the: MIDA Military Recreation Facility Development Review Committee Date and time: Tuesday, December 16, 2025 @ 2:00 PM Information to attend virtually: This is a Zoom meeting only. To hear or view the meeting and to provide comments to the board during the meeting, register in advance at: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_zD4IHWHSS2iHwv7VkKKmUQ AGENDA Welcome from Committee Chair, Nicole Cottle to public and board members: Doug Smith, Ray Whitchurch, Eric Hales, Dustin Grabau, Max Covey and Dallin Koecher. Review and approval of the November 18, 2025 meeting minutes. Consideration of Lot 5 Base lot Subdivision. Presented by Rob Donigan. Applicant representative: Andrew Sellnau. Consideration of Lot 5 Podium Plat. Staff report presented by Rob Donigan. Applicant representative: Andrew Sellnau. Consideration of Lot 5 Tower D Sub Plat. Staff report presented by Rob Donigan. Applicant representative: Andrew Sellnau. Consideration of Lot 5 Tower E Sub Plat. Staff report presented by Rob Donigan. Applicant representative: Andrew Sellnau. Final considerations of Deer Crest parking requirement timeline: Presented by Richard Catten. Executive Director updated and board member comments Adjourn. The next meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 2:00 pm. NOTICES Individuals with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation to attend or participate in the meeting. By motion of a Committee Member, the DRC may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes allowed by law, Utah Code ยงยง 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206.
