- Notice of Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Richfield Sevier County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Roll Call 2. Administrative actions - a. Conditional Use Permit - Discuss recommendation of a conditional use permit for Pioneer Lane, an eventual 14-unit multi family development at approximately 225 W 800 South. (A C-2 Use in an RM-11 Zone). b. Conditional Use Permit - Aldo Gonzalez to request a conditional use for a short-term rental at 365 E. 500 N. (A C-1 Use in an R-10 Zone) 3. Public Hearings - a. Utah Wildland Urban Interface Code Adoption. b. Recommend adoption of the Utah Wildland Urban Interface Code. 4. Discussion Items - a. Portable cargo container ordinance amendments. b. RM-11 Ordinance Amendment proposal. 5. Minutes Approval - a. Minutes of the October 1, 2025, meeting. 6. Other Business 7. Adjournment.
