- PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of Levan Town, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan Utah, at 7:00 PM. PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING: The agenda shall be as follows: The order of business may change as time permits. 1. Opening Business: Welcome Prayer Pledge of Allegiance 2. Action/Discussion Items: a. Discussion: 1) Request for Setback Variance / Building Permit Guidance - 79 N 400E 2) Flag Lot questions - Case property b. Approval of past Minutes: August 6, 2025, Regular Planning Meeting c. Permit Applications: Outbuilding - Gus & Kady Rowley 3. Reports: Office issued permits: Reroof - J. Guerra Fence - Taylor Bryan Fence - Rose Ballow Adjourn: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Levan Town will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting.
