Review Financial Statements of July, August, & Sept. 2025 4. Conflict of Interest Statements on Agenda Items OLD BUSINESS 5. Volunteer Insurance Program Updates NEW BUSINESS 6. SCBA Grant Approval 7. CDBG Grant for Ambulance - Secretary Yardley 8. Proposed 2026 Budgets 9. Fire Chief's Report 10. Ambulance Director's Report 11. Executive (Closed Session) - The Beaver Fire District #1 may choose to close a portion of their meeting for the following reasons: 1. Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; 2. Hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; 3. Hold a strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration or prevent the public body from completing the transaction; and 4. Hold a strategy session to discuss the sale of real property. 12. Any Other Business Properly Brought Before the Board. 13. Adjourn Meeting - Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting, December 15, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
