Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items 1. Consider combined board meeting for Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10. C. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10 Board meeting held on September 11, 2025. 2. Approve and ratify payment applications and requisition requests made since the last Board meeting. D. Action Items 1. Consider accepting the Q3 financial statements for the 2025 calendar year. 2. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for the 2026 calendar year and set a public hearing to take public comments on the same. 3. Consider the adoption of the annual board meeting calendar for 2026. E. Administrative Non-Action Items F.
