- NOTICE SANPETE COUNTY SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT N0. 1 A MEETING OF THE SANPETE COUNTY SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY JULY 1, 2025 AT 5:00 P.M. IN THE SANPETE COUNTY COMMISSIONER CHAMBERS AT THE SANPETE COUNTY COURTHOUSE 160 N MAIN, MANTI , UTAH. MATTERS TO BE DISCUSSED AT THE MEETING ARE OUTLINED IN THE FOLLOWING AGENDA 5:00 P.M. - 5:05 P.M. Approval of Minutes 5:05 P.M. - 5:10 P.M. Approval of Claims 5:10 P.M. - 5:20 P.M. Financial Report 5:20 P.M. - 5:30 P.M. Consideration of Proposed Cost and Agreement with Jones and Demille Engineering for the Design of Low Water Crossings at various locations throughout Sanpete County 5:30 P.M. - 5:45 P.M. Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project to be funded by the Mineral Lease Revenue Bonds in the amount not to exceed 1,900,000 for financing the construction of road improvements to the Moroni T Road. 5:45 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Update on Moroni T Road 6:00 P.M. - 6:10 P.M. Update on North Sugar Factory Road Bridge Project 6:10 P.M. - 6:20 P.M Shaun Edwards Request for Dust Suppression for for the length of .25 miles at 10886 West 9300 South, Centerfield 6:20 P.M. - 6:30 P.M Jody Wood Relative to the Road Application previously submitted for Dust Suppression at 8250 East West ot Mt.
