- PUBLIC NOTICE Fruitland Special Service District Public Hearings & Regular Board Meeting Thursday, December 11, 2025 - 10:00 AM Location: 6185 S 45000 West, Fruitland, Utah The Fruitland Special Service District ('District') will hold two Public Hearings followed by its Regular Board Meeting on Thursday, December 11, 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM at the District Office located at 6185 S 45000 West, Fruitland, Utah. PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. Public Hearing - Adoption of the 2026 Budget The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed 2026 Budget for the District. A copy of the proposed budget will be available for public inspection during regular business hours at the District Office by appointment. 2. Public Hearing - Adoption of the Revised 2025 Budget The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the Revised 2025 Budget, including adjustments necessary for District operations and financial obligations. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment. Written comments may be submitted to helpdesk@fssdutah.gov. REGULAR BOARD MEETING AGENDA (Immediately following the Public Hearings) Call to Order Public Comment Discussion & Consideration of Minutes of November 13, 2025 Review of Budgets, Bank Statements, Payroll, Invoices, etc. 5. Public Hearings (As Listed Above) A. 2026 Budget - Public Hearing B. Revised 2025 Budget - Public Hearing 6. Discussion & Consideration of Resolutions A. Resolution 2025-01 - Title Change to 'Clerk/Administrative Manager' B. Resolution 2025-02 - Updating PTIF Signatories C. Resolution 2025-03 - Updating Zions Bank Signature Cards D. Resolution 2025-04 - Establishing the 2026 Regular Meeting Schedule 7. Appointment of Treasurer - Discussion - Consideration & appointment 8. Clerk Updates - Project updates - Delinquencies - Capital planning - Engineering updates - Water rights updates - Legal and compliance items 9. Operator Updates - System operations - Water quality reports - Sampling/compliance updates - Line repairs & maintenance - Emergency calls/outages - Coordination on current projects 10. Closed Meeting - If Needed (UCA 52-4-205) May be held to discuss: - Character, competence, or health of an individual - Collective bargaining - Pending or reasonably imminent litigation - Purchase, exchange, or lease of real property - Deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems - Investigations of criminal misconduct Action on closed-session items may be considered. 11.
