- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation, will hold a public hearing On the 6th day of November 2025 at the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The hearing shall begin at 6:00 p.m. Agenda 1- First public hearing to receive community input on possible applications for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Adjournment
