- Notice is hereby given The mayor and city council of Helper City, A municipal corporation will hold a special meeting On the 13th day of November. At the Carbon County Administration Building, 751 East 100 North, Price, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 11:15 a.m. Agenda 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- 2025 GENERAL ELECTION CANVASS. Authorization for the City Council and City Recorder to serve as the Board of Canvassers and approve the 2025 General Election results. Adjournment
