Kaneplex Drive Kanab, Utah 84741 6:00 PM REGULAR BOARD MEETING WELCOME PUBLIC, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE and OPENING PRAYER Roll Call Board Members 6:05 PM 1. Minutes a. Approval of Minutes of the October 9th, 2025 Board of Trustees Meeting 6:15 PM 2. Jackson Flat Reservoir and Kanab Irrigation Company Coordination a. Reservoir Recreation and Operational Report-Mike b. National Parks Service water contract payment delay-Mike c. Mowing progress with skid steer rotary mower 6:45 PM 3. Johnson Canyon Well Project a. Update on funding and plans to complete the pump house and pipeline-Mike b. Johnson Canyon land purchase, Dirk and Mike 7;15 PM 4. New Paria and West Clark Bench a. New Paria progress report-Mike b. Next Meeting Date: December 11th, 2025, Christmas Dinner 5:00 PM meeting will start at 7:00 PM @ Kane County Water Conservancy District Office. All agenda item times are approximate. If you want to be in attendance for an agenda item, be prepared to come early and stay later than the time listed on the agenda.
