Initiate the process to create School District Foundation, 501c3 7. Appoint Chair of School District Foundation, 501c3, Committee BOARD MEMBER REPORTS AND INFORMATION ITEMS ADJOURNMENT OR ROLL CALL FOR CLOSED SESSION AS NEEDED TO DISCUSS: Personnel, Property, Litigation, and Collective Bargaining *Time set aside for community comments is not a time to discuss specific personnel issues. Personnel issues are not appropriate discussion items for an open- meeting environment.
