- CLARKSTON TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Planning Commission will hold a meeting on the 8th day of March 2023 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from February 13, 2023 2. Permits/Business Licenses - Michael & Holli Bracken - Business License - Soda Shack - 191 W 200 N - Michael & Holli Bracken - Zoning Clearance - Outstanding Building Permits 3. Business - Ordinance Review: Subdivision Ordinance 11-1-6: Definitions - Form Review: Conditional Use Permit 4. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
