- AGENDA 4:00 PM Call to Order Introduction of Agenda Items 1. Approval of Minutes August 13, 2025 2. Full Boundary Adjustment with Termination of Easements within a Subdivision: Neal Approve / Deny: Zion View Mountain Estates, Unit E Lots 118, 119, 125 and 126 creating new lot 118 containing 1.95 acres, and vacating eight (8) 7.5-foot public utility easements by ordinance 2025-35; submitted by Brent Carter, New Horizon Engineering, holding power of attorney. 3. Full Boundary Adjustment with Termination of Easements within a Subdivision: Polnisch Approve / Deny: Strawberry Valley Estates, Unit 4, Lots 44, 45, and 46 creating new lot 46 containing approximately 2.66 acres, and vacating four (4) 7.5-foot public utility easements by ordinance 2025-34; submitted by Brent Carter, New Horizon Engineering, holding power of attorney. 4. Residential Conditional Use Permit: Mielke Approve / Deny: Application for Residential Conditional Use Permit for Lot #6-83, Zoned C-1, with .98 total acres. Proposed use: Build a 4-plex for staff housing; submitted by Nathan Mielke.
