- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING Wednesday, November 12, 2025 7:00 PM Opening Ceremonies Welcome: Mayor Anderson conducting Pledge of Allegiance Invocation: By Invitation * The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of the agenda items may change.) 1. Public Comments a. Time set aside for the council to receive public comments on matters not listed on the agenda- See Notes 2. Discussion and Action Items a. Glade Nielson with Sunrise Engineering-Introduction b. Discussion and possible approval of donation request for Sanpete County Sub-4-Santa c. Discussion of proposed Ordinance 2025-6 and 2025-7 for Internal Accessory Dwelling Units and Detached Accessory Dwelling Units d. Canvass of 2025 Municipal General Election results e. Approval of FY26 Quarter 1 financial report f. Review of Ordinance Violations g. Discussion of public access to White Hills and Old Dump site 3. Council Business a. Department Reports i. Mayor Anderson- ii. Review and approval of Claims- Invoices from the register dated 10/9/2025 thru 11/12/2025 iii. Review and approval of Minutes- Regular meeting October 8, 2025 iv. Adjourn Notes: Public Comment-Members of the public may address the Town Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Everyone will have up to two minutes to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comments at this time. At the conclusion of each public comment, the Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All Town Council meetings are recorded. The Council may vote to discuss certain matters in closed session pursuant to the Utah Code annotated 52-4-5 (to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation or the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, or acquisition of property). Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 52-4-207 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act some of the Town Council and public may appear electronically. Prior arrangements must be made by contacting the Town Clerk at least 24 hrs in advance. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting accommodations for Town sponsored public meetings, services, programs, or events should call the Town Hall at 435-528-5061, giving at least 48 hours' notice. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed Town Recorder of Mayfield Town does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted to the Utah Public Notice Website www.publicnotice.utah.gov and in three public places within the Mayfield Town limits.
