PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold its Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. and regular meeting on December 11, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. PUBLIC HEARING 6:00 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Open Public Hearing 3. Accept Public Comments 4. Discus CDBG Projects. 5. Close Public Hearing and Open Second Public Hearing PUBLIC HEARING 6:30 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Open Public Hearing 3. Accept Public Comments 4. Discuss Short Term Rental Appeal- Wendi Berger. 5. Close Public Hearing and Open Regular Session REGULAR SESSION 7:00 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Prayer 3. Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Shaun Bell 4. Approval of Bills and Warrants 5. Approval of November 13, 2025 Regular Session Minutes 6. Public Comments (3min) 7. Approve/ Deny- Business License for Charity Jewkes- Bear Paint 8. Approve/Deny- Discuss updates on Valor Atomics and future water connection. 9. Approve/ Deny- CDBG Grant Project 10. Approve/Deny- an Appeal for a Short-Term Rental at 330 West Center St.- Wendi Berger 11. Approve/Deny- ORDINANCE 2025-8- A ORDINANCE TO INITIATE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ORANGEVILLE CITY'S DATA PRIVACY PROGRAM; DESIGNATE THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE AND AUTHORIZED RECORDS OFFICERS; REQUIRE RECORDS FOR PROOF OF OFFICER AND EMPLOYEE PRIVACY TRAINING; PREPARE WEBSITE DATA PRIVACY NOTICE; ENDORSE THE STATE'S DATA PRIVACY POLICY; AND COMPLETE ORANGEVILLE CITY'S INTERNAL DATA PRIVACY PROGRAM REPORT 12. Approve/ Deny/ Discuss- Leasing Property next to Cemetery- Lee Moss 13. Approve/Deny- for Wyatt Payne to cut into the road to run power to his property on Mill Dam Rd. 14. Approve/ Deny- Refund of $60.00 to Mike Olsen for dog fee. 15. Ratify emergency lights for new snow plow in the amount of $209.28. 16. Staff, Council and Mayor Reports 17. Adjourn CLOSED SESSION Possible closed session for the purpose to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss strategy on collective bargaining; to discuss strategy on pending or reasonably imminent litigation; to discuss the purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real property, including a water right or water shares or to discuss financial implications of certain development agreements or proposals; to discuss the sale of real property under certain conditions; to discuss the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; or to discuss investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal conduct as provided in Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-205.
