Main Street, Coalville, UT 84017 (All times listed are general in nature, and are subject to change by the Council Chair) To view Council meeting, live, visit the 'Summit County, Utah' Facebook page OR To participate in Council meeting: Join Zoom webinar: https://zoom.us/j/772302472 OR To listen by phone only: Dial 1-301-715-8592, Webinar ID: 772 302 472 6:06 PM Public Hearings (8) 1) Public hearing and possible adoption of Ordinance No. 834-O, an Ordinance Amending Ordinance 834 County-Wide Fee Schedule for Summit County 2) Public hearing and possible adoption of Resolution 2025-31, a Budget Resolution of the Summit County Council 2025 Budget Amendments; Matt Leavitt 3) Public hearing for the purpose of discussing compensation of government officers; Matt Leavitt 4) Public hearing and possible adoption of Resolution 2025-32, a Budget Resolution of the Summit County Council 2026 Budgets; Matt Leavitt 5) Convene as the Governing Board of the North Summit Recreation Special Service District - Public hearing and possible adoption of Resolution NSSRD 2025-36, a Budget Resolution of the NSRSSD 2026 Budgets; Jaycie Diston and Charity Richins - Dismiss as the Governing Board of the North Summit Recreation Special Service District 6) Convene as the Governing Board of the North Summit Fire Service District - Public hearing and notification of the North Summit Fire Service District's certified tax rate in accordance with Utah Code Section 59-2-919(3)(a). The District intends to increase 2026 property taxes by $100,000.00. Due to increased operational costs, this is a 4.56% increase above the 2025 property tax budgeted revenue; Ben Nielson and Tyler Rowser (20 min) 7) Truth-in-Taxation public hearing and possible adoption of NSFSD 2025-37, a Budget Resolution of the North Summit Fire Service District Approving a Property Tax Rate Increase in Excess of the 2026 Certified Tax Rate; Ben Nielson and Tyler Rowser 8) Convene as the Governing Board of North Summit Fire Service District - Public hearing and possible adoption of Resolution NSFSD 2025-38, a Budget Resolution of the North Summit Fire Service District 2025 Budget Amendments and 2026 Budgets; Ben Nielson and Tyler Rowser - Dismiss as the Governing Board of North Summit Fire Service District Adjourn
