- 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER a. Invocation: Councilmember Kelly Kimber b. Pledge: Mayor Zane Woolstenhulme 2. PUBLIC COMMENT: Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. Comments may be submitted prior to the meeting to be included as part of the official record. The council may or may not respond to non-agenda issues brought up under public comment. Those wishing to comment should state their full name and address, and whom they represent on the subject matter to be addressed. No person shall interrupt legislative proceedings. 3. CONSENT CALENDAR a. Invoice Register b. Minutes 4. AWARD/ACKNOWLEDGE NWL ARCHITECTS for Work Completed at the 2025 OAKLEY RODEO: Discussion regarding next steps for arena complex masterplan. 5. RESCISSION OF OUTDOOR WATER RESTRICTIONS: (FORMAL ACTION) 6. MAYOR'S REPORT: a. USDA Loan Closing - September b. Truth In Taxation Hearing - August 13th. c. New Hire - Administrative Assistant/Reservation Specialist 7. COUNCILMEMBER REPORTS: a. COUNCILMEMBER FRAZIER - Mayor Portraits b. COUNCILMEMBER WILMOTH - Small Claims Proposal/Signage at Complex c. Others as needed. d. 8. POSSIBLE CLOSED SESSION: Utah State Code Annotated 52-4-205 allows for the governing body of the city to enter closed session to discuss matters referred to in the above statute. 9. Adjournment.
